Responsibilities
Tree Climbing and Pruning
- Safely ascend trees using industry-standard climbing techniques.
- Execute precision pruning and trimming to enhance the health and aesthetics of trees.
- Apply advanced rigging techniques to safely lower branches and sections of trees.
Bucket Truck Operation
- Operate and maneuver a bucket truck to access tall or hard-to-reach trees.
- Conduct aerial work using the bucket to perform tasks such as pruning, trimming, and removals.
- Ensure the safe operation and maintenance of the bucket truck.
Safety Leadership
- Uphold and promote strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Lead by example, ensuring that safety is a top priority for the entire tree service crew.

- Proven experience as a tree climber and bucket truck operator.
